A nonrefundable deposit of $100 is required to hold a puppy. We accept money orders, MoneyGram, and Paypal. Deposits and payments by Paypal will require an additional fee for processing. Puppies can be held for 24 hours when the pending deposit will be made through Paypal. If you are paying the deposit with a money order, we will hold your puppy for 72 hours to allow for mailing time. Please contact us with the information on the puppy you are wanting to purchase. Our puppies are shipped from the Quad City International Airport in Moline, Illinois, on Northwest Airlines. Shipping costs and shipping crate costs are additional and are not included in the price of the puppy. The remainder of the puppy purchase price must be received by us 10 business days before shipping, and must be cleared through the bank. Please let us know when you first contact us if you need to have your new puppy shipped. Shipping may not be available during very cold or very warm times of the year. Live animal shipping is restricted to temperatures between 10-85*F, at any point on the route of the puppy. If you are interested in flying in to Moline to pick up your puppy, especially during times of the year when standard shipping is not available due to temperatures, please view this Airtran Airlines page. We cannot be held responsible for your puppy after his/her check-in at the airport.
If you ever need to find a new home for your puppy, please contact us. We will assist you in any way we can. We may even to able to take the puppy back into our home, but please do not expect that we will refund your purchase payment if we do so.
